    • applies measures to protect against data loss (for example, disk arrays, regular backups),
    • applies adequate measures to protect production sites in the event of a fire (e.g. special fire extinguishing schemes),
    • applies adequate measures to protect processing systems in the event of sudden power shortage (e.g. dual power lines, aggregates, UPS voltage support systems),
    • applies means of physical access protection to data processing sites (e.g. access control, monitoring),
    • applies measures to ensure proper environmental conditions for servers as elements of the data processing systems (e.g. environmental control, specialized air conditioning systems),
    • uses organizational solutions to ensure the highest possible level of security and privacy (training, internal rules, password policies, etc.),

In some cases, the Administrator has the right to transfer the personal data of the Customer to other recipients, if this is necessary for the performance of the contract concluded with the Customer or the performance of duties assigned to the Administrator. This applies to recipient groups such as:

  2. Personal data are processed by the Administrator no longer than is necessary to perform the relevant activities specified in separate provisions (for example, accounting). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 1 year. The administrator stores the data only during the performance of the service, after this time they are not collected or processed anywhere.
  3. The Customer has the right to request from the Administrator:
    • access to personal data relating to the Customer,
    • about their correction
    • about removal,
    • handling restrictions,
    • data portability.
  4. The customer has the right to object to the processing referred to in clause 3.3, the processing of personal data in order to comply with the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, but the right to object cannot be exercised if there are valid legal grounds for the observance of interests, rights and freedoms, prevailing over the Customer, in particular the establishment, investigation or defense of claims.
  5. The actions of the Administrator can be appealed to the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the operation of the site.
  6. With regard to the Customer, actions may be taken that involve automated decision-making, including profiling for the purpose of providing services under the concluded agreement and for the purpose of conducting direct marketing by the Administrator.
  7. Personal data is not transferred from third countries in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data. This means that we ship them outside the European Union.
