§ 1 General Provisions

  1. These Rules are the rules on the subject of the provision of services Art. 8 of the Law of July 18, 2002 on the declaration of electronic services. (Dz.U. Nr 144. poz. 1204).
  2. The regulation determines the scope and type of services provided by the Service Provider in electronic form within the website https://group-bial.com/pl/ as well as the rules for concluding and terminating contracts for the provision of remote services, as well as the procedure for filing complaints.
  3. The services offered by the site can be used by fully capable adults, in other cases the written consent of their legal representatives is required.
  4. These rules are a sample of the contract, which is concluded between the Service Provider and the Customer. The contract offered by the site is concluded by ordering a service and making a payment.

§2 Definitions of terms used in the rules

 

  • Email address – means the email address provided by the Client in the contact form.
  • Client – means a natural person, a legal person and an organizational unit that is not a legal person, to whom the law grants legal capacity and who uses the services provided to recipients within the website.
  • Website – means a website accessible at the Internet domain address https://group-bial.com/pl/, to which the latter has applicable law.
  • Agreement – means an agreement to provide the services offered by the Site by electronic means.
  • Specialist – a person who has the appropriate qualifications and experience to provide the services indicated on the site
  • Service – means all services provided by the Provider within the site, in particular Individual consultations, Individual lessons, Individual scientific consultations, Supervisions, Lectures.
  • Service Provider – means the person providing the Services to Bialiauski Group Sp. z o.o., 01-625 Warszawa, ul. Adama Mickiewicza 37/58, belgroup-info@yandex.ru, +48780612659 data of the legal entity, indicating the e-mail address, phone number and the person representing this legal entity according to the relevant register.
  • Administrator of the Client’s personal data – Service Provider Bialiauski Group Sp. z. o.o.

§3 Services provided within the website

  1. The Service Provider reserves the right that some of the Services provided by the Service Provider within the website, due to their nature or purpose, may not be available to all Clients.
  2. The services provided by the Provider within the site, their description and detailed conditions for their use are indicated in the “Mantic consultations” tab at the following address: https://group-bial.com/pl/publichnyj-dogovor/

 

§4 Specifications

  1. The condition for the proper use of the electronic services of the website https://group-bial.com/pl/ is that the Customer meets the minimum technical requirements for computer equipment and Internet connection (depending on the chosen form of communication):
  • A computer with a dual-core or faster processor.
  • High-speed Internet connection with a bandwidth of at least 1 Mb / s (download and upload) – here you can check the speed of the connection https://www.speedtest.net/pl/
  • Webcam, headphones, microphone
  • The minimum resolution for the application is 800×600 recommended resolution is 1024×768 or higher.
  • A registered Skype, Whats App, Viber, Telegram, Zoom account is required for video or text chat consultations.
  1. To perform the ordered service, the Customer must have an electronic account (e-mail address).
  2. The Service Provider is not responsible for technical problems or technical limitations in the computer equipment used by the Service Receiver that prevent the Service Receiver from using the Services.

§5 Conclusion of the agreement

  1. The agreement for the provision of services offered by the site is concluded by ordering the service and paying. A Customer who has entered into a distance contract or travel contract has the right to cancel it without giving reasons within 14 days.
  2. In order to start using the services provided within the site https://group-bial.com/pl/, you need to read all the provisions of the regulation and information about the benefits, limitations of online help, as well as security and privacy rules. This information is included in the Personal Data Processing tab.
  3. Reservation of the Service is tantamount to consent to the processing of personal data by the site.
  4. If the Client does not report within 24 hours that he will not be able to contact on the agreed date (regardless of the reason), the money for the Individual Lesson will not be returned.

§6 General rules of communication between the Customer and the Specialist

  1. Services are provided in the form of text [e-mail], chat, video and other forms of electronic remote communication.
  2. If the Customer chooses a text consultation, chat, video or other form of electronic remote communication, the Specialist initiates contact with the Customer under an individual, unique identifier provided by the Customer in the booking contact form (“login on the communicator”) in the Messenger chosen by the customer. For Skype, this is the “Skype Name” stored in your Messenger profile settings.
  3. The specialist contacts the Customer at the time specified in the booking, according to the time zone of Poland. If the call is not answered by the Customer, the Specialist makes a second attempt several times within 20 minutes. If during this time the call of the Specialist was not answered, it is considered that the consultation did not take place due to the absence of the Customer. In this case, the client is not entitled to a refund for the meeting.
  4. If the connection was not possible due to incorrect contact details provided by the Customer, for example, an incorrect email address, messenger login or non-unique login, the Customer is not entitled to a refund for the meeting.
  5. If the Customer foresees a delay in connection with the Specialist, he will notify him of this by e-mail – otherwise the Specialist will wait for connection with the Customer for no more than 20 minutes.
  6. In the event of a delay, as specified in paragraphs 3 and 4 of this section, the services will not be extended.
  7. If it is impossible to provide the Service by the Customer, no refund for the service is made.
  8. If the visit is canceled by the Specialist for random reasons. The specialist offers the client a meeting at the earliest convenient time for the client, either the cost of the service is returned, or, at the request of the client, the payment is transferred to the next service.
  9. The rules set forth in this paragraph may be changed depending on the nature of the Service chosen by the Customer in accordance with the conditions contained in the “Mantic consultations” tab at the Internet domain address https://group-bial.com/pl/publichnyj -dogovor/

 

§7 Payment for services

  1. The services provided by the website https://group-bial.com/pl/ on a paid basis correspond to the price list available on the website.
  2. The service provider offers the possibility of paying for the service through the Tap2Pay operator.
  3. When choosing to pay with Tap2Pay, the entity providing online payment services in the field of card payments is Tap2Pay. Available payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard Electronic. Maestro*. Card payments via Tap2Pay are made in Polish zlotys.
  4. Payments for services on the site https://group-bial.com/pl/ are made in the following currencies: PLN. in accordance with the price list presented on the site. Card payments via Tap2Pay are made in Polish zlotys.
  5. The recipient of the service, when ordering the provision of services to him, is obliged to pay the appropriate fee.
  6. If the Customer chooses the method of payment by bank transfer, electronic payment or credit card – the order execution time is counted from the date of crediting to the Provider’s bank account.
  7. Payment for the selected services provided within the site must be made immediately after the choice of the service. In the absence of payment, the service will not be provided and the reservation will be cancelled.
  8. The Provider issues an invoice at the request of the Customer, depending on the type of service with or without VAT, after prior notification of this fact and the provision of the data necessary for its issuance, to the email address: belgroup-info@yandex.ru The invoice will be sent no later than 14 days before the date of service.
  9. The service provider may change the price for the service. Booked and paid services will be provided at the current price. Information about price changes will not be communicated to each of the recipients individually. It will be posted within 7 days on the website https://group-bial.com/pl/ in the “Prices and payment” tab.

§8 Rights and obligations of the parties

  1. Service provider:
  2. depending on the nature of the concluded contract, undertakes to provide the Customer with services in accordance with their content and the provisions of the Regulations,
  3. undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of information relating to the Customer and received under the contract, including in the field of the provision of the Service, unless otherwise provided by law. The obligation to maintain secrecy is not limited in time,
  4. is guided by the personal data protection policy in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law,
  5. is responsible for non-performance and improper performance of the contract, except for cases when its non-performance or improper performance is caused by the action or inaction of the Customer, the action or inaction of third parties or force majeure circumstances,
  6. may withdraw from the contract in accordance with the provisions of the regulation,
  7. under the concluded agreement there is no obligation to provide paid services in case of non-payment of remuneration by the Customer,
  8. according to the concluded agreement, has the right to terminate the provision of services in the event of an aggressive, illegal or offensive action on the part of the Customer,
  9. has the right to suspend the operation of the site in case of continued operation and maintenance of the site, software and related technical devices,
  10. has the right to change the provisions of the Regulations, and what changes come into force after 14 days from the date of their publication on the website,
  11. prohibition of recording video consultations, consultations without the written consent of the client,
  12. the contractor’s liability is limited to damages incurred by the customer, with the exception of lost profits, and the upper limit of the contractor’s liability is limited to the amount of remuneration paid to him by the customer.

 

  1. Client:
  2. has the right to receive services in accordance with the contract and the provisions of the regulation,
  3. may file a complaint in accordance with the provisions of the regulation,
  4. has the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the provisions of the regulation,
  5. has the right and duty to control, modify and request the deletion of personal data provided by him to the Service Provider,
  6. undertakes not to send illegal, offensive and untrue information that could damage the website or computer system, in case such data is provided, the Service Provider is entitled to receive full compensation,
  7. undertakes not to record or distribute the Services without the written consent of the Service Provider.

§9 Cancellation

  1. Each party to the contract has the right to withdraw from the contract, except for the contract under which the provision of services will take place via e-mail. In accordance with paragraph 3 of clause 3a of these Regulations, the Customer, when ordering and paying for a consultation by e-mail, agrees to receive the ordered service immediately after the provider receives payment, and therefore it is possible to refuse the ordered service after receiving payment by the Service Provider.
  2. The right to withdraw from the contract is exercised by submitting an appropriate application to the other party.
  3. An application for withdrawal from the contract must be submitted in such a way that the other party can read it no later than 24 hours before the start date of the contract.
  4. In case of cancellation of the contract within less than 24 hours, the Customer is not entitled to a refund for the service. The seller returns the payment using the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to another method of return, which does not incur any costs for him.

§10 Complaints and dispute resolution

 

  1. The client has the right to file a complaint regarding the use of the paid part of the website https://group-bial.com/pl/ within 14 days from the end of the service or the day when it was to be performed.
  2. The complaint must be made in writing and sent to the e-mail address of the service provider belgroup-info@yandex.ru.   
  3. The complaint must contain:
  4. Client data: name and surname, residential address and legal address, e-mail address;
  5. a statement of the problem that is the cause of the complaint – any circumstances that have arisen in connection with the non-performance or improper performance of the contract by the Provider.
  6. Consideration of the complaint by the Contractor is carried out within 21 days from the date of its receipt. The response to the complaint will be sent to the Customer by e-mail sent to the address indicated in the contact form.
  7. If the complaint is not accepted, the Customer may file a claim in court.
  8. In the event of any disputes regarding the agreement concluded between them, the Customer and the Service Provider will take steps to amicably resolve it.
  9. If a dispute relating to a contract concluded on the basis of these rules is not resolved amicably, the parties may submit claims in the course of litigation in a Polish court and in accordance with Polish law.
  10. In the event of a dispute arising from the concluded agreement for the provision of electronic services, the parties will seek to resolve the issue amicably. In matters not covered by these Rules, the provisions of the Civil Code, the provisions of the Electronic Services Act and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.

§11 Processing and protection of personal data

The personal data administrator protects the personal data of customers. The data provided by the Clients will be collected and processed only for the purpose of fulfilling the order and for the purposes specified in the Privacy Policy available on the website https://group-bial.com/pl/

§12 Final provisions

  1. The client who intends to use the services of the https://group-bial.com/pl/ website guarantees:
  2. reading these Rules;
  3. fully accepting the provisions of this Regulation;
  4. reading the content on the website https://group-bial.com/pl/ regarding security and privacy, as well as restrictions on the use of remote services;
  5. due to the public nature of the Internet, being aware of the risks associated with the use of online services.
  6. The Service Provider has the right to amend these Rules. Such changes do not affect the content of contracts concluded before the publication of the changes. The regulation is amended by posting on the website https://group-bial.com/pl/
  7. The content of these Regulations can be recorded by the Customer by printing, saving on a medium or downloading from the website https://group-bial.com/pl/
  8. The Service Provider will not disclose the information provided by the Client, in particular the content of the consultation, to third parties. The client is not entitled to publicly share the content of the consultation provided to him.
  9. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the law of July 16, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (vol. 1740) should be followed

Annex to the Public Agreement (Reglamin)

Mantic services

I. INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATIONS

Description

An individual consultation is a 50-minute online consultation using one or more mantic systems. Mantic systems include Tarot cards, runes, palmistry, astrology, numerology, the I Ching hexagrams, and other similar symbolic systems.

Rules

The service provider looks at these practices according to the principles outlined in the books of H. Bialiauski “Tarot Textbook. Theory and practice of card reading in predictions and psychotherapy” and “Grades of the Zodiac. Honest “pseudo-scientific” research”. A summary of the Provider’s approach to such consultations:

  1. Consultation is always a dialogue between the Provider and the Client, therefore the most important rule is “do no harm”. The Provider is aware of what is happening during the consultation between him and the Client, has psychological awareness and competence, perceives the Client as an equal interlocutor.
  2. The main expert in the client’s life is the client himself, not the cards, stars or lines on his palm. The task of the consultation is to help the client understand his situation with the help of the above systems, clarify difficult points, and provide support. The Provider does not make decisions for the client, but helps him gain sufficient stability and self-confidence so that he can make a decision on his own.
  3. Unlike most practitioners, the Provider believes that none of these systems predict the future. They only reflect the current situation with a possible forecast of further developments. The Provider believes that a person is in many ways the master of his life, therefore the Provider does not intimidate the Client with fate, does not predict inevitable events, but expresses probabilities, helping the Client to independently choose the preferred direction for the development of his life. For the Provider, the criterion for a competent consultation is not “it came true or not”, but how calm, clear and confident the client feels during and after the consultation.
  4. The Provider does not answer questions that he is not asked. Thus, the Provider respects the right of the Client to receive exactly the requested information. Therefore, the Provider asks the Client, when signing up for a consultation, to think over a list of questions of interest to him so that he can focus on them during the consultation and get the necessary answers.
  5. The service provider believes that mantic systems do not solve problems, but only diagnose them. Therefore, if the Customer’s request does not correspond to the capabilities of the system, the Provider will definitely indicate this and try to advise you to contact those specialists who can help in this situation. This means that the Provider does not replace doctors, psychologists or lawyers, but he can express his opinion on this matter, not forgetting to remind you that the problem should be solved at the appropriate address.
  6. With skillful use of the mantic systems, the client may experience a feeling of relief and even euphoria, which will lead him to the temptation to solve all his problems with the help of mantic systems. For this reason, the Provider introduces a restriction on the “Individual Consultation” services (no more than once every three months). It is important to preserve the independence and awareness of the client, and not to increase his dependent behavior.
  7. The Provider does not consult persons under the age of 18 without the presence of their parents. However, mantic systems have been successful in career guidance. When analyzing the predisposition of a minor to perform specific professions, the customer of the service is the parent or guardian of the minor, while the presence of the client at the consultation is mandatory.
  8. The consultation takes place online. Communication during consultations can take place without video. The Provider may invite the Client to decide whether he needs an audio recording of the consultation (which the Provider usually makes and sends to the Client), but cannot do this without the Client’s request.

 

The list of questions can be basically anything. Among the most frequently asked questions in which mantic counseling has worked well are the following:

– Analysis of the current situation in relations;

– Analysis of the current working situation;

– Analysis of work plans, projects and ideas for cooperation;

– Optimal conditions for the implementation of the planned project;

– Compatibility in work and relationships;

– Career guidance;

– Psychological background associated with physical illness;

– Analysis of existential issues related to the meaning of life, etc.

The service provider has restrictions that prevent him from using mantic systems for ethical or methodological reasons. Here are the questions that the Service Provider does not answer:

– When will I die;

– Will the person survive the operation?

– What method of treatment to use;

– When I get married;

– How many children will I have;

– Who committed the crime;

– Search for missing people, animals or things, etc.

Procedure

If the Customer agrees with the Provider’s approach to providing Individual consultations, he leaves a request for Individual consultation at belgroup-info@yandex.ru, after which the Provider contacts him to discuss the time and method of conducting an online consultation. After clarification of all organizational issues and selection of the date and time of the consultation, the Customer pays for the Service. The Provider undertakes to provide the service no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of payment.

On the appointed day and time of the consultation, the Customer writes in the selected communicator that he is ready to start the consultation, and the Provider confirms his readiness. The client then activates the connection and the consultation begins. The service provider works on a tight schedule, so the lateness of the client is not a reason to extend the scheduled time of the consultation and does not affect its cost. If the client is 20 minutes late, the consultation will last 30 minutes and the cost will be full.

The price of the consultation does not depend on the number of questions or time. This means that if a client has only one question and would like to work for 10 minutes, this does not reduce the price of the consultation. If the client does not report within 24 hours that he will not be able to contact on the agreed date (regardless of the reason), the consultation fee will not be refunded.

The consultation begins with a briefing, during which the Provider once again recalls the rules of work, and the Client reports topics of interest to him. In addition, the work is built in an interactive mode. The client asks a question, and the Provider gives an interpretation of the symbolic row of the system he uses. The client’s task is to be active, interrupt and correct the Provider, so that the consultation takes place on the case, and does not resemble an abstract lecture. So gradually the Client and the Provider go through the entire list of questions that the Client had previously prepared.

II. INDIVIDUAL LESSON

Description

An individual study lesson is a 50-minute online lesson in one of the academic subjects or specialization (for example, astrology, tarot cards, introduction to psychology, or philosophy and research methodology focused on esotericism).

Rules

An individual training lesson can be conducted with individual clients, both as part of a general course in a given subject or specialization, and individually, if the training group is not formed or the client needs additional classes.

Procedure

The Client sends an application for Individual lessons to the address belgroup-info@yandex.ru, after which the Service Provider contacts him and discusses the possibility of holding such classes, their methodological content, as well as the approximate number of classes that are necessary to achieve the set educational goal. In addition, the Provider and the Customer develop an individual schedule that matches the capabilities of both.

The curriculum can be finalized jointly by the Provider and the Customer, depending on the learning outcomes and in case of changes in goals.

Each individual training session is paid by the Customer in advance, and the Provider is obliged to perform this service no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of payment. On the appointed day and time, the Customer writes in the selected communicator that he is ready to start the lesson, and the Provider confirms his readiness. The client then activates the connection and the lesson begins. The service provider works on a tight schedule, so the lateness of the client is not a reason to extend the scheduled time of the lesson and does not affect its cost. If the client is late by 20 minutes, the lesson will last 30 minutes and the cost will be full.

If the Customer does not report within 24 hours that he will not be able to contact on the agreed date (regardless of the reason), the money for the Individual Lesson will not be returned.

III. INDIVIDUAL SCIENTIFIC CONSULTATIONS

Description Individual Scientific Consultation is a 50-minute online consultation aimed at scientific support and guidance of scientific research conducted by the client on an esoteric topic. Individual scientific consultations are also held to help you write an essay, article or case study.

Rules

Individual scientific consultations are carried out both as part of training on this topic when writing diploma and scientific dissertations, and in the case of performing a separate task, for example, writing an article or a scientific manual for independent research.

Procedure

The Client sends an application for an Individual Scientific Consultation to the address belgroup-info@yandex.ru, after which the Provider contacts him and discusses the possibility of such consultation and its methodological content. A convenient date is chosen for the Provider and the Customer.

Each individual scientific consultation is paid by the customer in advance, and the Provider undertakes to perform this service no later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of payment. On the appointed date and time, the Customer writes in the selected communicator that he is ready to start the consultation, and the Provider confirms his readiness. The client then activates the connection and the consultation begins. The service provider works on a tight schedule, so the lateness of the client is not a reason to extend the scheduled time of the consultation and does not affect its cost. If the client is 20 minutes late, the consultation will last 30 minutes and the cost will be full.

If the Client does not report within 24 hours that he will not be able to contact on the agreed date (regardless of the reason), the money for the Individual Scientific Consultation will not be returned.

IV. SUPERVISION

Description

Supervision is a 50-minute online consultation aimed at analyzing the difficulties in the client’s practice or analyzing the case presented by him in his own work.

Rules

Supervision is intended exclusively for practitioners.

Procedure

The client writes an application for supervision to the address belgroup-info@yandex.ru, after which the Service Provider contacts him and discusses the possibility of such a consultation and its content. A convenient date is chosen for the Provider and the Customer.

Each service is paid by the Customer in advance, and the Provider undertakes to perform the service no later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of payment. On the appointed date and time, the Customer writes in the selected communicator that he is ready to start supervision, and the Provider confirms his readiness. The Client then activates the connection and Supervision begins. The Provider works on a tight schedule, so the Customer’s delay is not a reason to extend the scheduled time of Architectural Supervision and does not affect its cost. If the Customer is late for 20 minutes, the Supervision will last 30 minutes and its cost will be full.

If the client does not report within 24 hours that he will not be able to contact on the agreed date (regardless of the reason), the Supervision fee will not be refunded.

V. LECTURE

Lecture – a training video dedicated to a certain esoteric topic, which the Customer can order after the video announcement of the readiness of this product appears on the Provider’s website.

The client sends an application for the purchase of a lecture to belgroup-info@yandex.ru, indicating its name. After receiving confirmation that this lecture is ready, the client pays for it. Not later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days after payment, the Provider sends the Customer a link to the film, which the Customer can watch at a convenient time and in unlimited quantities. The link may have time limits (for example, be active for one year), which the customer will be informed about at the stage of application.

Lectures may not be downloaded, copied or distributed. They are for personal viewing only. The client undertakes to refer to the lecture materials if he uses the information contained in them in his publications.

TERMS OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY AND INTERRUPTION OF SERVICES

The Provider has the right to terminate the provision of Services to the Customer, if at the stage of applying or after the performance of the Service it turns out that the Customer does not share the Provider’s approach to mantic consulting, training it and does not comply with the discussed training conditions and the rules for conducting scientific research. This can be expressed in the following situations:

  1. 1. In the case of an Individual Consultation, Individual training lesson, Individual Scientific Consultation or Supervision, the Client is not able to perceive the metaphorical level of symbols, does not perceive the interpretation, taking everything literally. For example, if in the Tarot system he gets the card “Death”, and the Provider interprets the card as “change and transformation”, but the Client is not able to understand this symbol otherwise than physical death, then using mantic systems with him is impossible.
  2. In the case of Individual Consultations, the Client insists that the mantic systems should not show the present with possible trends, but anticipate a rigid, deterministic future. The customer evaluates the quality of work not at the present time, but to what extent the declared probabilities are fulfilled and presents the Provider with claims in case of their failure to be fulfilled. The Client pushes the Provider to answer the questions mentioned above, within the limitations of methodological and ethical principles.
  3. In the case of Individual Consultations, Individual training lessons, Individual scientific consultations or Supervision, the Client does not wish to take responsibility for making his own decisions, delegating them to the mantic system and the Provider. The customer is guided by the conviction that he is not the master of his life, but everything depends on the external recommendation of the Provider and knowledge of his unchanging fate.
  4. In the case of Individual consultations, Individual training, Individual scientific consultations or Supervision, the Customer does not pay attention to the recommendations of the Provider regarding contacting specialists of a different profile. If the Provider says that medical problems are solved in the medical field, and not at mantic consultations, suicidal thoughts should be worked out by a psychotherapist, not a mantic, and the client insists on solving his problem with the help of a mantic system, then the benefit for such a client is impossible.
  5. The customer confuses the formats of the services described above and insists on receiving another service within one service.
  6. In the case of Individual Consultations or Supervisions, the Client does not prepare for the service, does not prepare a list of questions of interest to him. The client expects that the Provider, with the help of clairvoyance, will guess about his problem and offer a solution. The Customer refuses to cooperate in an equal dialogue with the Provider, expecting a monologue from the Provider without submitting his own request.
  7. The client shows disrespect to the Provider in the process of providing the service, devalues ​​his work, insults him or threatens him.
  8. The Client belongs to a competitive worldview system (religion or traditional science) and uses the time of the service to enter into ideological disputes with the Provider and convey to him his vision of the world order.
  9. In the case of an Individual Consultation, which is the only one of all services provided by the Provider that is limited (no more than once every three months), the Client cannot meet this deadline and insists on receiving a second consultation before the expiration of the agreed intermediate period.
  10. In the case of Individual study sessions, Individual scientific consultations and Supervision, if they are carried out as part of training in a subject arising from a previously agreed schedule, the Client systematically misses meetings. The client does not notify about his absence, does not do his homework, which prevents him / her from achieving academic results and achieving the final educational goal.
  11. In the case of Individual training sessions, Individual scientific consultations and Supervision, at the application stage, the Customer requests the teaching of a subject or topic that is not within the competence of the Provider in terms of methodology or violates the ethical principles of the Provider.   12. If, during Individual training sessions, Individual scientific consultations and Supervision, the Provider notices that the chosen topic offends the Customer, significantly confuses or causes other psychological damage, the Provider will be forced to insist on interrupting the training.
  13. If the Provider during the implementation of Individual training, Individual scientific consultations and Supervision notices that the Customer, in the course of his own practice, begins to apply the acquired knowledge to other people in violation of the creed (https:// group-bial.com/pl/our-credo/) and the rules of professional ethics of the Provider, such a Client will be denied the provision of these services. For example, the client’s practice has nothing to do with esoteric topics, is built on deception or deliberate harm to people, or is aimed at spreading intolerance towards other knowledge systems and false beliefs.
  14. If during the Supervision the Provider discovers that the practice of the chosen esoteric discipline is significantly confusing or causes other psychological damage to the Customer himself, the Provider will be forced to demand the termination of Supervision and instruct such Customer to close his practice.
